Our custom leather cases are handmade in San Diego, California by leather crafstman Joe Hernandez of Mas Paz leatherworks. Joe Hernandez specializes in making durable leather goods (like motorcyce saddles) with an artists touch. We have partnered with Joe to make leather cases for Neotropical Audio. These cases include a reinforced waxed cotton stitch set on the side of the case, to minimize abrasion. The vegetable tanned leather takes waterproofing treatment well, such as Sno-seal leather waterproofing wax. The cases included an adjustable strap. The d-rings on the side allow for quickly switching between straps, and allow the user to make their own strap (for hanging speakers on branches, etc). Ventholes in the bottom of the case allow for water to quickly drain away if you are caught in a spot of rain. The open top allows for access to the speakers aux input and power button. Since this is a real leather product, treatment and care by the user is required for long life of your case.

If you would like to add artwork to your case, select an option from the "custom artwork" section and add the selection to your cart.
